Greenhouse Returns Policy
If for any reason you don’t agree that your new greenhouse is the best quality and value for money, simply put it back unused, with no attempt at construction and in its original packaging and return it to us within 14 days of its delivery. Return shipping is at buyers expense however for your convenience return shipping can be arranged by us and deducted from your refund.
A 10% repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund should the packaging or contents not be in original condition.
If you would like to return something, please call us on 02891 240140 or email [email protected] and we can agree the procedure with you. If you think a product you have bought from us may be faulty please call us and we will be able to send out replacement parts.
